Here are a few things that may help answer your inquiry:

 

If you need to reschedule a class: 

• To reschedule, use the unique link in your confirmation email.

• Then click Manage Booking to open a secure page to reschedule.

• From the Members Area, you can log in to your 'My Bookings' page and click Reschedule next to any upcoming session.

If you bought the Buddy Pass: 

When you sign up, our system only allows you to enter one name. However, we can see that you’ve purchased and redeemed the Buddy Pass, so we’ll account for two people when setting up.

 

If you are wondering where your work is: 

We are working hard on processing your pieces. We only have one kiln, so our turnaround time is a bit slower.

Our turnaround time is up to 5 weeks, give or take.

We have a lot of work to process every week, so we appreciate your patience.

We will email you as soon as your work is ready! Please try not to email us about your work unless it's been more than 5 weeks.  

 

It's been 5 weeks, and I haven't heard back about my work: 

We’ve recently experienced a high bounce rate for our pickup emails, and some are going to spam folders. Your work is likely ready for pickup; please come by our studio during our open studio hours to collect it. ​

 

If you need to make an extension to pick up your work: 

We can definitely do that for you!! Please just email us ahead of time (before the 2-month mark) so we don't donate your piece.   

 

If you are looking to book a private class: 

We will respond and schedule a day/time with you as soon as we are available! 

 

If you are looking to volunteer: 

Unfortunately, our volunteer roster is full at the moment, but we can add you to our waitlist and reach out to you as soon as we have an opening. 

 

If you signed up as a member: 

 We will send a welcome email shortly to set up a studio orientation with you.
