Service Description
+YOUR VISIT+ -You bring your own clay during this session. It must be cone 6 (mid-fire) clay. -Create anything you like using our tools (or bring your own). -**Our slips and underglazes are not included in this pass. -If you need to return to paint your work using our underglazes, select the "Paint 2/2" pass. This includes glazing and firing. ***Please complete all projects within 2 months of your first visit due to limited shelf space. If you need more time, just let us know—we’re flexible. +FIRING & PICK-UP+ Our total turnaround time is up to 5 weeks (drying, firing, and processing). You’ll receive an email when your work is ready for pickup. If you haven’t heard from us within 5 weeks, please reach out.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, use the unique link in your confirmation email. Then click Manage Booking to open a secure page to reschedule. From the Members Area: If your site has a members area, clients can log in to their My Bookings page and click Reschedule next to any upcoming session. We cannot offer refunds for our drop-in classes, as the price is already discounted. We will happily reschedule your session to any future date. If you are absolutely unable to attend due to illness or a family emergency, please let us know, and we can issue a refund.
