Service Description
This is the first of two sessions. This pass is perfect if you need more time to complete your pieces. Since this is the first session, you’ll need to choose a day, at least a week, and up to two months, to return and finish your work by purchasing a 'paint 2/2' pass. +WHAT TO EXPECT+ -Instruction and guidance begin at the beginning of open studio time -This is an independent, create-at-your-own-pace studio session. -2-hour session -1.5 lbs of clay & 2 hours to create. -Access to our plethora of pottery tools and molds. ***All projects must be completed within 2 months due to limited shelf space*** +FIRING & PICK-UP+ Our total turnaround time is up to 5 weeks (drying, firing, and processing). You’ll receive an email when your work is ready for pickup. If you haven’t heard from us within 5 weeks, please reach out.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, use the unique link in your confirmation email. Then click Manage Booking to open a secure page to reschedule. From the Members Area: If your site has a members area, clients can log in to their My Bookings page and click Reschedule next to any upcoming session. We cannot offer refunds for our drop-in classes, as the price is already discounted. We will happily reschedule your session to any future date. If you are absolutely unable to attend due to illness or a family emergency, please let us know, and we can issue a refund.
