Service Description
+What to Expect+ This is the second of two sessions. Book this pass to return and paint/finish your work using coloured underglazes. This pass can be bought in advance for at least one week to two months after creating your work. The clay needs at least a week to dry so the underglaze can be applied to the surface. Why do you need to return a second time? 1. Underglaze works best on bone-dry clay. 2. You get more time to complete and paint your pieces, whereas the one-time session can feel rushed and limited. ***Please complete all projects within 2 months of your first visit due to limited shelf space. If you need more time, just let us know. +FIRING & PICK-UP+ Firings happen twice per month. Total turnaround time is up to 5 weeks (drying, firing, and processing). You’ll receive an email when your work is ready for pickup. If you haven’t heard from us within 5 weeks, please reach out.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, use the unique link in your confirmation email. Then click Manage Booking to open a secure page to reschedule. From the Members Area: If your site has a members area, clients can log in to their My Bookings page and click Reschedule next to any upcoming session. We cannot offer refunds for our drop-in classes, as the price is already discounted. We will happily reschedule your session to any future date. If you are absolutely unable to attend due to illness or a family emergency, please let us know, and we can issue a refund.
